Welcome to our summer dinner menu designed to cover formal occasions such as weddings, private dinners and corporate dinners. We can cater for 10-250 people. All packages act as a guide to allow you to budget for your event but rest assured we can work with you to design the right menu and at the budget you are comfortable with.

PACKAGE COST BASED ON 80 GUESTS

Package includes: Crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Kitchen staff and front of house staff including event manager (7 hours).

Package excludes: Mobile kitchen, tables, linen, chairs, additional crockery, glassware, and transport.

COURSE ONE: STARTER

    Smoked duck breast and pancetta salad served with plum dressing

    Carpaccio beef fillet with parmesan and rocket salad

    Classic prawn cocktail with avocado, fresh lemon & crisp lettuce

    Crab, avocado, tomato and mixed leaf salad tian

    Warm tartlet of caramelised red onion and mozzarella served with rocket leaf salad

    Goat cheese pannacotta with roast pepper coulis and apple walnut salad

    Asparagus, heritage tomato, toasted pine nuts served with basil balsamic dressing on micro salad

COURSE TWO: AMOUSE BOUCHE/PALATE CLEANSER

COURSE THREE: MAIN COURSE

    Slow cooked belly of pork with ale gravy, braised baby leeks and creamed sweet potato, apple crisps

    Roasted rump of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, chantenay carrots, green beans with rosemary jus

    Breast of corn fed chicken filled with spinach, pine nut mousse, fine beans, tomato, basil dressing and baby potatoes

    Beef fillet, truffle jus served with a selection of vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes

    Oven baked sea bass, herb cous cous, tomato butter sauce, vegetable medley, buttered new potatoes

    Black olive and parmesan crusted salmon fillet, tomato butter sauce vegetable medley, buttered new potatoes

  • Veg
    Portobello mushroom, chargrilled courgettes, bell peppers topped with goat’s cheese, pesto dressing

    Leek, potato and mushroom goulash served with vegetable pilau rice

    Shallot, garlic roasted potato rosti, lemon scented grilled halloumi, cherry tomato salsa drizzled with pea mint dressing

COURSE FOUR: DESSERT

  • Glazed Crème Brulee, fresh strawberry compote served with shortcrust biscuit
