Welcome to our summer dinner menu designed to cover formal occasions such as weddings, private dinners and corporate dinners. We can cater for 10-250 people. All packages act as a guide to allow you to budget for your event but rest assured we can work with you to design the right menu and at the budget you are comfortable with.

COURSE ONE: STARTER

  • Meat
    Smoked duck breast and pancetta salad served with plum dressing

    Warm tender stem broccoli, orange, cranberry, and toasted sunflower seeds, with a serrano ham crisp

    Lightly spiced coconut lentils, topped with a herb fish cake

    Sea beam with warm potatoes, pea, and spinach drizzled with horseradish hollandaise.
