Maven Foods can also provide your reception drinks, wines, beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for your event. The following is a guide of what to think about when selecting your drinks menu and quantities. Call us if you require any assistance.

BAR SET UP OPTIONS

    Light up bar – a mesmerising and dazzling way to give your guests an experience to remember.

EQUIPMENT

  • We can supply all equipment relating to bar set up and service for example, glassware, drinks trays, ice, ice buckets, jugs etc.

STAFFING

  • We can supply fully trained bar staff, bar managers and professional mixologists serve your guests.

QUANTITIES

  • Deciding on the quantities of drinks is entirely up to you. The amount of alcohol will be influenced by the personality of your guests, time of day, budget and style of wedding.

TYPE OF BAR

  • OPEN BAR
    An open bar is when the hosts prepay in advance allowing guests to enjoy unlimited drinks for the duration for which the bar is paid.
  • LIMITED BAR
    A limited bar is when the host pays for all of the alcohol, but serve only a limited number of types of drinks so that they don’t need to pay.

SALE OR RETURN

  • Maven Foods offer a sale or return on wine, Champagne and Prosecco providing they are in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging and unopened and/or undamaged.
